The main focus of this team is to build frameworks that can manage, monitor, and alert systems. You will help us execute on this vision and ensure that we continue to ship scalable services that can hold against the high-performance expectation from our customers.

Reliability is a constant focus for us and creates continuous requirements for logging, monitoring, and alerting of complex systems. Your expertise will help us build impactful instrumentation and efficient data pipelines for application performance management.

Our company is growing rapidly. Ability to monitor and react to events is critically important as we evolve our architecture and how we run our services infrastructure.

You will have an opportunity to lead a team and architect, design, and build logging and monitoring systems at scale which will have a great impact across not only engineering but the entire company.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Ability to lead, direct, and/or mentor a software development team.
    • Experience architecting and building application performance management systems
    • Implement monitoring and logging solutions for different technology stacks or container orchestration platforms
    • Understand containers and how they fit into professional development cycles as build artifacts
    • Prior experience with architecting a solution using the ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus etc.
    • Passion around building systems which assist in data-driven decisions
    • Experience with at least one of the following Java, Scala, Python, Perl, Go
    • 7+ years of experience in building scalable distributed systems
    • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
