We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer responsible for building and maintaining a custom built e-commerce platform. This includes everything in between debugging a frontend ES6 code on IE, adding monitoring to backend micro service framework, to query tuning MySQL slow log and everything in between. The Full Stack Engineer’s primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure, and share in DevOp responsibilities. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential. This position is based in San Francisco.

*Design the customer experience across every touch point, online & offline.
You must have an understanding of strategy, design, user experience, and the intersection of the 3.
*Translate a briefs into an ideas, and ideas into a cohesive campaigns across multiple touch points
*Think strategically about a brand, and tactically about individual pieces of creative
*Manage a small team, and hire future rock star talent as we become a larger team

Skills—in general, we want an advertising guy that can do UX, not a UX guy that can do advertising (if that makes sense). You need to be able to develop a brand, a print ad, a banner ad, a press kit, a website, a landing page, a direct mailer (you get the point)
Production—be a wizard with Adobe creative suite, especially photoshop (we’re likely going to make heavy use of stock / creative commons photography in the near term, but we hate stock photos. We need someone that can make magic out of the mundane). Bonus points for capabilities in motion graphics, video production, interactive digital production, etc.
